【課題】溝掘加工、特にマイナスレンズの裏面で発生しやすい溝との距離不足による破損を防止する。【解決手段】レンズ回転軸160とツール回転軸130とを有し、両軸を含む平面内で互いに傾斜角を持つ関係に配置される溝掘機に用いる円盤状回転ツール先端の軸断面形状が、レンズ回転軸160とツール回転軸130が傾斜角で交わる側のツール断面はツール回転軸130に直行する直線であり、両軸が互いに離れる側のツール断面はレンズ回転軸160に直行する直線となる眼鏡レンズ溝掘機用円盤状回転加工ツールを提供する。また、この眼鏡レンズ溝掘機用円盤状回転加工ツールの装着された眼鏡レンズ溝掘機を提供する。【選択図】図9 |
