Zusammenfassung:To provide a process for producing microcrystalline α-alumina in which energy consumption in the production process and pollution caused in the production are reduced.SOLUTION: A process for producing microcrystalline α-alumina by microwave calcination comprises the following steps: (1) adding a composite mineralizer to an alumina raw material and mixing uniformly, to obtain a mixture; (2) putting the mixture into a ball mill for ball milling, to obtain a polishing material; (3) adding a certain proportion of a wave absorbent into the polishing material and stirring evenly, and then extruding by a press, to obtain an alumina green body; (4) drying the alumina green body to adjust a moisture content of the alumina green body; (5) feeding the alumina green body into a microwave kiln, then heating the microwave kiln to a set temperature, and calcining for a certain period of time, to obtain an α-alumina clinker; and (6) pulverizing the α-alumina clinker to obtain the microcrystalline α-alumina.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】製造プロセスのエネルギー消費を低減し、製造中の汚染を低減する、α-アルミナ製造プロセスを提供する。【解決手段】アルミナ原料に複合鉱化剤を加えて均一に混合して、混合材を取得するステップ(1)と、混合材をボールミルに入れてボールミリングして、研磨材を取得するステップ(2)と、研磨材に一定の割合の波吸収剤を加えて均一に撹拌し、その後にプレス機で押出し、アルミナ素地を製造するステップ(3)と、アルミナ素地を乾燥処理して、アルミナ素地中の含水量を調整するステップ(4)と、アルミナ素地をマイクロ波窯炉内に入れ、その後にマイクロ波窯炉を設定温度まで昇温させ、一定の時間焼成して、α-アルミナクリンカーを取得するステップ(5)と、α-アルミナクリンカーを粉砕して、微結晶α-アルミナを得るステップ(6)とを含む。【選択図】図1
