MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF INTERMITTENT COATING RELEASE PAPER

To provide a manufacturing process of intermittent coating release paper which does not need to use release paper for intervention, is directly applied to a package of sanitary napkins for women, pads and maternity napkins, whose entire body can be used for decomposition, recovery and pulping, which reduces the use amounts of various coating materials during the manufacture to reduce a manufacturing cost and improves a manufacturing level and ecological environmental protection of a conventional process.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a manufacturing process of intermittent coating release paper, which includes: a) rewinding and primer coating; b) primary drying in a drying oven; c) printing optical marks; d) coating silicon in a section; e) accurately coating heat-sealing material on front and back sides in a section; f) secondary drying in a floating manner, and rolling up, the action of coating the silicon and coating the heat sealing material is precisely positioned by using the optical marks printed in the previous process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】介在用剥離紙を使用する必要がなく、女性用生理用ナプキン、パッド、マタニティナプキンのパッケージに直接適用され、全体が分解したり回収したりパルプ化に使用でき、製造中の様々なコーティング材料の使用量を減らし、製造コストを削減し、従来のプロセスの製造レベルと生態環境保護を改善する、間欠コーティング剥離紙の製造プロセスを提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、間欠コーティング剥離紙の製造プロセスを開示し、以下のステップで構成される。ａ）巻き戻し、プライマーコーティングする。ｂ）オーブンで１回乾燥する。ｃ）レーザーマーク印刷。ｄ）区間シリコンコーティング。ｅ）区間正確表裏面にヒートシール材料を塗布する。ｆ）浮上式２回乾燥し、巻き取る。シリコンコーティングおよびヒートシール材料の塗布動作は、前工程で印刷されたレーザーマークを使用して精度よく塗布可能である。【選択図】図１
