Zusammenfassung:To provide a heat-sensitive recording material improved in plasticizer resistance lacking in a 4-hydroxydiphenylsulfone derivative as a developer.SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording material has, on a support body, a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a basic dye colorless or pale and a developer brought into contact with the basic dye by heating to exhibit a color. The developer includes a 4-hydroxydiphenylsulfone derivative represented by a general formula (1) and an N-substituted amino acid derivative represented by a general formula (2). (In general formula (2), R0 denotes an alkyl group or an aryl group, X denotes a group coupled to an N tail end of Y, Y denotes an amino acid residue or a peptide residue.
