Zusammenfassung:	To prevent a support member 8 from moving downward when a vertical support 4 is raised in a standing state when the lower end edge part of the hollow cylindrical vertical support 4 is supported on a floor rail part 2 through a support member 8 in which an upper side piece part 8a is internally fitted to the vertical support 4.SOLUTION: A width W of an upper side piece 8a of a support member 8 is expanded and formed in an inclined manner so as to be wider (W>V) than the width V between the opposite sides of a vertical support facing surface part 4c, and the expanded and formed upper side piece side 8a is forcefully fitted into the vertical support facing surface part 4c to brake the downward movement of the support member 8 with respect to the vertical support 4 to prevent the support member 8 from being carelessly moved downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】床レール部２に、中空筒状の縦支柱４の下端縁部を、該縦支柱４に上側片部８ａが内嵌された支持部材８を介して支持するに際し、縦支柱４を起立状に持ち上げたときに支持部材８が下動してしまうことを防止する。【解決手段】支持部材８の上側片部８ａの幅Ｗを、縦支柱見付け面部４ｃの対向間の幅Ｖよりも幅広（Ｗ＞Ｖ）になるよう傾斜状に拡開形成し、該拡開形成された上側片部８ａを縦支柱見付け面部４ｃに無理嵌め状に内嵌することで支持部材８の縦支柱４に対する下動に制動を与えて支持部材８が不用意に下動しないようにする。【選択図】図６
