INCINERATION SYSTEM AND INCINERATION METHOD

To provide an incineration system which dries an object to be incinerated according to characteristics of the object, and to provide an incineration method.SOLUTION: An incineration system includes: an incinerator; a cogeneration system which generates electric power with heat energy of a first heat medium heated by waste heat from the incinerator; a dryer which dries an object to be supplied to the incinerator and incinerated with heat energy of a second medium heated with the heat energy of the first heat medium; and an adjustment system which adjusts a temperature of the second heat medium. The adjustment system includes a heat exchanger which is provided in a circulation path in which the second heat medium circulates between the dryer and the cogeneration system and conducts heat exchange between the second heat medium and a fluid.
