To provide a flood prevention wall capable of being hardly subject to land restrictions while facilitating water stoppage work, a construction method of flood prevention wall, and a precast concrete wall body.SOLUTION: A flood prevention wall 10 includes multiple waterproof panels 20 arranged in the width direction. Each waterproof panel 20 is formed with grooves 28 respectively on both ends in the width direction and each extending in the vertical direction and open outward in the width direction. In the grooves 28, a pile 30 driven into a ground 12 is inserted from the bottom. By arranging the neighboring waterproof panels 20 with their grooves 28 facing each other, a hole portion 29 is formed by the respective groove portions 28.
