To provide a fixing structure that can firmly fix a fixed object.SOLUTION: A fixing structure 1 according to the present invention comprises a long member 2 for towing a fixed object W, and an engagement member 3 provided on the side of one end of the long member 2, and capable of being engaged with the fixed object W. The engagement member 3 comprises a fixed object engagement part 31 to be engaged with the fixed object W, a vehicle engagement part 32 to be engaged with a vehicle V, and a base part 33 for connecting the fixed object engagement part 31 and the vehicle engagement part 32.
