Zusammenfassung:	To provide a bus bar member that covers a bus bar having a straight portion and a bent portion with a covering member, and has a configuration that facilitates ensuring insulation and a manufacturing method of the bus bar member.SOLUTION: A bus bar member 10 includes a bus bar 20 having a straight portion 21 and a bent portion 22, and a covering member 30 having insulating properties and covering the bus bar 20, and the covering member 30 includes a first covering portion 31 covering a part of the straight portion 21, and a second covering portion 32 different from the first covering portion 31 and covering a portion of the bent portion 22 that is not covered by the first covering portion 31.
