Zusammenfassung:	To generate a product inputting plan for a production line including an inspection lane for random inspection of a product.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to a computer system for generating a product inputting plan representing an inputting order of products in a production line. The production line includes an inspection lane where a product is inspected. The computer system generates, based on inspection lane arrangement information relating to an arrangement of the inspection lane, an inspection status as a mathematical model representing a state of a flow of products on the inspection lane, generates, when receiving input of product information relating to a product to be input to the production line, a mathematical plan model for use in generation of the product inputting plan defined by state variables relating to a state of the production line and made for achieving a predetermined objective in the production plan, based on the inspection status and the product information, and generates the product inputting plan by using the mathematical plan model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】製品を抜き取って検査を行う検査レーンを含む製造ラインの製品投入計画を生成する。【解決手段】製造ラインにおける製品の投入順番を表す製品投入計画を生成する計算機システムであって、製造ラインは、製品の検査が行われる検査レーンを含み、計算機システムは、検査レーンの構造に関する検査レーン構造情報に基づいて、検査レーンにおける製品の流れの状態を表す数理モデルである検査ステータスを生成し、製造ラインに投入する製品に関する製品情報の入力を受け付けた場合、検査ステータス及び製品情報に基づいて、製造ラインの状態に関する状態変数により定義され、製造ラインにおいて所定の目的を達成する製品投入計画を生成するための数理計画モデルを生成し、数理計画モデルを用いて製品投入計画を生成する。【選択図】図１
