Zusammenfassung:To provide a molded article in which a colored portion different from a general portion can be seen inside without using a different material while the integrity is not impaired.SOLUTION: A light transmissive molded article S is molded by heating and pressurizing a resin granular powder, and has inside a discolored portion Sb formed by discoloration of the granular powder into a color different from that of a general portion Sa by laser irradiation before the molding. A method for manufacturing the molded article comprises: a granular powder introduction step for successively introducing a divided granular powder obtained by dividing the granular powder into a required quantity, into a die using a mold, provided with the die and a punch; a laser irradiation step for irradiating a part or the whole of the granular powder constituting the upper surface of the previously introduced divided granular powder with a laser beam to discolor it; and a heating and pressurizing step for pressurizing while heating a layered body of the divided granular powder which is introduced into the die and layered, to integrate it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 異なる材質のものを用いることなく内部に一般部と異なる色部分が見えるようにし、しかも、一体性を損なうことのない成形体を提供する。【解決手段】 樹脂の粉粒体を加熱及び加圧して成形されるとともに内部に粉粒体が成形前のレーザ光の照射により一般部Saと異なる色に変色して形成される変色部Sbを有した透光性の成形体Sであり、その製造方法は、ダイ及びパンチを備えた成形型を用い、粉粒体を所要量に分割した分割粉粒体をダイ内に順次投入する粉粒体投入工程と、先に投入された分割粉粒体の上面を構成する粉粒体の一部若しくは全部にレーザ光を照射して変色させるレーザ光照射工程と、ダイ内に投入され積層された分割粉粒体の積層体を加熱しながら加圧して一体化する加熱加圧工程とを備えた構成としている。【選択図】 図1
