Zusammenfassung:	To provide a removal method of Kalium in bamboo allowing Kalium in the bamboo to be removed without using a large amount of water.SOLUTION: A removal method of Kalium in bamboo includes a process of compressing bamboo powder and biomass with a water content higher than that of the bamboo powder together, and preferably also includes a process of mixing the bamboo powder and the biomass. More preferably, the water content of the bamboo powder is 40% to 60%, and further preferably, the biomass is of a waste mushroom bed.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】大量の水を用いずに竹が含有するカリウムを除去できる竹含有カリウムの除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】竹粉末と、前記竹粉末より含水率が高いバイオマスと、を合わせて圧搾する工程を有する竹含有カリウムの除去方法であって、前記竹粉末と、前記バイオマスとを混合する工程を更に含むことが好ましく、前記竹粉末の含水率が、４０％～６０％であることがより好ましく、前記バイオマスが廃菌床であることが更に好ましい。【選択図】なし
