GAS COOKING STOVE

To prevent a rise of a temperature of an indoor wall face adjoining a gas cooking stove without impairing the usability of a user at cooking.SOLUTION: A gas cooking stove 1 is installed configured with at least one side face adjoining an indoor wall face W, and comprises a heat shielding plate 7 in the vicinity of a side edge of a ceiling plate 5 opposing the adjacent indoor wall face W. The heat shielding plate 7 has: a bottom wall 70 extending from the gas cooking stove 1 outward toward the adjacent indoor wall face W; and an erected wall 71 extending from an outside end of the bottom wall 70 upward to a height of a support part 61 of an adjacent trivet 6 or lower.
