Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for operating a waste disposal device that plans and carries out collection and injection of raw materials in such a way as to increase the overall profits of biogas power generation business.SOLUTION: In a method for operating a waste disposal device, the waste disposal device designates a date on which to calculate (S1) and performs raw material combined calculation on a weekly basis (S2). As the result of calculation, the method assesses whether there is a solution to raw material combination that satisfies a constraint condition (S3), and when there is a solution, creates an injection schedule list (S4), and injects raw material into a methane fermentation tank in accordance with this injection schedule list (S8), causing methane fermentation to occur. Meanwhile, the method writes down performance records such as injected raw material components, generated methane amount, pH in the methane fermentation tank, an organic acid concentration, and an M alkaline concentration (S9). Furthermore, the method measures an injected raw material component composition by a composition analyzer (S10) and when there is abnormality (S11), determines the raw materials to be injected on the following day so as to satisfy a raw material component condition (S12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】バイオガス発電事業の全体利益が大きくなるように原料の収集・投入の計画・実行を行う廃棄物処理装置の運転方法を提供する。【解決手段】廃棄物処理装置の運転方法において、廃棄物処理装置は、計算する日付を指定し(S1)、1週間単位で原料組合せ計算を行うS2。計算の結果、制約条件を満たす原料組合せの解ありを判定しS3、解ありの場合、投入予定リストを作成しS4、この投入予定リストに従い、メタン発酵装置に原料投入を行いS8、メタン発酵させる。そして、投入原料成分、メタン生成量、メタン発酵槽内のpH、有機酸濃度、Mアルカリ濃度などの実績記述を行うS9。また、投入原料成分組成を組成分析器で測定しS10、異常ありの場合S11、原料成分条件を満たすように、翌日投入する原料決定を行うS12。【選択図】図2 |
