Zusammenfassung:To mechanically determine (measure) a state of coloring using a reagent with precision by using a measurement kit making good use of immunochromatography technology and classification, identification, enzymatic reaction, etc., of microbes.SOLUTION: A coloring reaction determination system comprises: a white LED lighting or UV light emitting LED which irradiates a coloring reaction appearance region in a coloring state after coloring reaction; a camera which photographs the coloring state after the coloring reaction; and a computer which makes a coloring determination from image capture data photographed by the camera. A color tone and/or color saturation of the coloring reaction appearance region, and lightness when required are obtained from the image capture data. The coloring state is determined based upon the found color tone and/or color saturation. A factor free of an external light environmental influence is used so as to mechanically measure the coloring state with precision in a light environment using white LED lighting and eliminating the need for adjustment and also to measure fluorescent light emission using UV light emitting LED lighting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】イムノクロマトグラフィ技術および微生物の鑑別・同定、酵素反応等を活用した測定キットにおいて試薬による呈色状態を機械的に精度よく判定(測定)する。【解決手段】呈色反応後の呈色状態における呈色反応出現領域を照射する白色LED照明またはUV発光LEDと、呈色反応後の呈色状態を撮影するカメラと、カメラにて撮影された撮像データから、呈色判定を行うコンピュータとを備える。撮像データから呈色反応出現領域の色相およびまたは彩度、必要に応じて明度を求める。求めた色相およびまたは彩度に基づいて呈色状態を判断する。外部光環境影響のないファクターを用いることにより、白色LED照明を用いた調整不要な光環境で呈色状態を機械的に精度よく測定することが可能となり、UV発光LED照明を用いた蛍光発光の測定も可能となる。【選択図】図3
