Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method which enables stable production of a polycarbonate resin having a small residual amount of a low molecular weight component, and provide such a polycarbonate resin having a small residual amount of a low molecular weight component.SOLUTION: A method for producing a polycarbonate resin includes a polymerization reaction step (A) of subjecting a dihydroxy compound containing a specific dihydroxy compound and carbonic diester to polycondensation reaction, and a reduction viscosity adjustment step (B) of applying heat to a polycarbonate resin obtained in the step (A) and adjusting a retention rate of reduction viscosity to 95% or less, wherein a carbonic acid diester terminal group concentration in the polycarbonate resin obtained in the step (A) is 10 mol/ton or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低分子量成分の残存量が少ないポリカーボネート樹脂を安定的に製造し、かつ、低分子量成分の残存量が少ないポリカーボネート樹脂を提供する。【解決手段】特定のジヒドロキシ化合物を含むジヒドロキシ化合物と炭酸ジエステルを重縮合反応させる重合反応工程(A)と、工程(A)で得られるポリカーボネート樹脂に熱を加えて還元粘度の保持率を95%以下にする還元粘度調整工程(B)とを有するポリカーボネート樹脂の製造方法であって、工程(A)で得られるポリカーボネート樹脂中の炭酸ジエステル末端基濃度が10mol/ton以下とする。【選択図】図1 |
