Zusammenfassung: | To provide novel Au-modified PtNi-based alloy nanoparticle having excellent durability, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electrode catalyst using the same.SOLUTION: Au-modified PtNi-based alloy nanoparticles include PtNi-based alloy nanoparticles made of a PtNi-based alloy containing at least Pt and Ni, and Au coating parts of the surfaces of the PtNi-based alloy nanoparticles. The PtNi-based alloy nanoparticle has an octahedron or truncated octahedron. An electrode catalyst includes a carrier formed of a conductive material, and Au-modified PtNi-based alloy nanoparticles carried on the surface of the carrier. Such Au-modified PtNi-based alloy nanoparticles are obtained by adding an Au precursor solution to a dispersion liquid in which PtNi-based alloy nanoparticles each having the octahedron or truncated octahedron are dispersed, and heating it to a predetermined temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】耐久性に優れた新規なAu修飾PtNi系合金ナノ粒子及びその製造方法、並びに、これを用いた電極触媒を提供すること。【解決手段】Au修飾PtNi系合金ナノ粒子は、少なくともPtとNiとを含むPtNi系合金からなるPtNi系合金ナノ粒子と、前記PtNi系合金ナノ粒子の表面の一部を被覆するAuとを備えている。前記PtNi系合金ナノ粒子は、八面体又は切頂八面体からなる。電極触媒は、導電性材料からなる担体と、前記担体の表面に担持されたAu修飾PtNi系合金ナノ粒子とを備えている。このようなAu修飾PtNi系合金ナノ粒子は、八面体又は切頂八面体からなるPtNi系合金ナノ粒子が分散している分散液にAu前駆体溶液を加え、所定の温度に加熱することにより得られる。【選択図】図4 |
