SUTURE ANCHOR AND SUTURE ANCHOR SYSTEM

To provide a suture anchor that allows a suture to be more easily set and can reduce influence of bone wastes.SOLUTION: A suture anchor 10 comprises: a hollow anchor body component 11, a front end part 12 of which is closed and a rear end surface of which is provided with an insertion hole 16, and which anchor body component 11 is provided with a through hole 17 passing through an outer peripheral surface of the anchor body component 11 so as to extend along an orthogonal axis line P orthogonal to a center axis line C, and also provided with a screw part 13 formed in a screw shape on the outer peripheral surface; and a suture locking part 20 that, inside the through hole 17, locks a suture 2 inserted from a rear end of the anchor body component 11 into the inside of the through hole 17 via the insertion hole 16.
