To effectively improve heat collecting ability.SOLUTION: A heat utilization apparatus has a heat medium fluid storage tank 1 that stores a heat medium fluid B, a heat collection pipe system 2 that is pipe-connected to exchange heat of the heat medium fluid B sucked from the heat medium fluid storage tank 1 with external heat and return the heat to the heat medium fluid storage tank 1, and a utilization pipe system 3 that is pipe-connected to pass the heat medium fluid B sucked from the heat medium fluid storage tank 1 through a utilization device X and return the heat medium fluid to the heat medium fluid storage tank 1.
