To improve a fire retardant property.SOLUTION: A fixture comprises: an inner sash 20 at a frame body 10's portion to be on the indoor side; and an outer sash 30 at the frame body 10's portion to be on the outdoor side, the inner sash 20 being constructed by mounting respective stiles 22, 23, 24, 25 on four peripheries of a surface material 21 and being fixed to the frame body 10 via the upper stile 22. The frame body 10 comprises an upper frame 13 having a portion facing the upper stile 24 of the inner sash 20, the portion having an upper frame rail part 13a provided along a longer direction. On the upper stile 24 of the inner sash 20, a guide wall part 24a is provided along the longer direction so as to face the upper frame rail part 13a. On the guide wall part 24a, a connection piece 24c is integrally provided so as to extend upward. The inner sash 20 is fixed to the frame body 10 by providing a screw member S3 between the connection piece 24c of the upper stile 24 and the upper frame 13.
