Zusammenfassung:	To provide a nonwoven fabric achieving both durable hydrophilicity and dryness, and an absorbent article including the nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric 10 includes a plurality of first projection rows 11 extending in one direction. Each first projection row 11 includes large projections 11ab, and small projections 11as having a thickness and/or an area smaller than that of the large projections 11ab. The large projections 11ab and the small projections 11as are alternately aligned in one direction and a direction orthogonal thereto. The hydrophilicity of the small projections 11as is higher than that of the large projections 11ab.
