Zusammenfassung:	To reduce power consumption of a communication device in a system that acquires position information on a mobile device on the basis of an arrival angle of a radio signal from the mobile device to the communication device.SOLUTION: A communication device includes: means for receiving a radio signal transmitted from a mobile device; means for calculating received power of the radio signal; means for determining whether the received power satisfies a predetermined condition; means for calculating an arrival angle of the radio signal; and means for transmitting arrival angle information on the arrival angle to a control device when the received power satisfies the predetermined condition.
