Zusammenfassung: | To achieve reduction of an internal stress which is generated due to a thermal expansion coefficient difference in a vehicle body members as joining objects when joining the vehicle body members comprising dissimilar metals.SOLUTION: A vehicle body structure, in which a terminal part 23 in a prescribed direction of a first vehicle body member 2 comprising a first metal is joined to a second vehicle body member 4 comprising a second metal, comprises a third vehicle body member 5 which comprises the first metal, and is interposed between the first vehicle body member 2 and the second vehicle body member. The third vehicle body member 5 has: a general part 53 which is positioned near the second vehicle body member 4, and is crimped to the second vehicle body member 4; and a base part 54 which is adjacent to the general part 53, is positioned near the first vehicle body member 2, and is weld-joined to the first vehicle body member 1. The general part 53 has a notch part 53b on a side opposite to a welded joint 54a with respect to a crimped part 53a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】異種金属からなる車体部材同士を接合する際に、接合対象となる車体部材において熱膨張率差に起因して生じる内部応力の低減を図る。【解決手段】第1金属からなる第1車体部材2の所定方向の端末部23が、第2金属からなる第2車体部材4へ接合される車体構造であって、第1金属からなり、第1車体部材2と第2車体部材の間に介在する第3車体部材5を備え、第3車体部材5は、第2車体部材4寄りに位置して第2車体部材4とかしめ結合される一般部53と、一般部53と隣接し第1車体部材2寄りに位置して第1車体部材1と溶接接合される台部54と、を有し、一般部53は、かしめ結合部53aについて溶接接合部54aと反対側に切欠部53bを有する。【選択図】図7 |
