Zusammenfassung:To provide a non-destructive inspection device that corrects a gamma dose from a measurement point with consideration to a change in an amount attenuation of a neutron dose reaching a measurement point of a measured object in a non-destructive inspection to be performed with respect to an inspected object using neutron, to more accurately estimate salinity concentration of the measured object.SOLUTION: A non-destructive inspection system 1 comprises: a neutron irradiation unit 10 that can radiate neutron of a first neutron dose; a neutron detection unit 20 that can detect a second neutron dose scattered inside an inspected object A with neutron irradiation from the neutron irradiation unit 10; a gamma ray detection unit 30 that detects a gamma dose to be discharged from the inspected object A with the neutron irradiation from the neutron irradiation unit 10; and an analysis unit 50 that calculate a content of a given substance on the basis of the gamma dose, and corrects the content of the given substance on the basis of the first neutron dose and the second neutron dose.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被検査物に対して中性子を用いて行う非破壊検査において、被計測物の計測点に到達する中性子線量の減衰量の変化を考慮して計測点からのガンマ線量を補正することで、被計測物の塩分濃度をより正確に推定することができる非破壊検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】非破壊検査システム1は、第1の中性子線量の中性子を照射可能な中性子照射部10と、中性子照射部10からの中性子照射により被検査物Aの内部において散乱した第2の中性子線量を検出可能な中性子検出部20と、中性子照射部10からの前記中性子照射により前記被検査物Aから放出されるガンマ線量を検出可能なガンマ線検出部30と、前記ガンマ線量に基づいて所定の物質の含有量を算出し、前記第1の中性子線量と前記第2の中性子線量に基づいて前記所定の物質の含有量を補正する解析部50と、を備える。【選択図】図1
