Zusammenfassung:To provide a pipe type catalytic reactor excellent in removal of a reaction heat such that an excessive temperature difference is not generated in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A catalyst reactor has a mechanism comprising a multilayer-structured pipe made of a cylindrical porous layer 1 formed by laminating on a cylindrical nonporous layer 2 and its inside, and having a reaction pipe lumen 3 communicating from a fluid influx port to a fluid exit port side, and having a distribution in a thickness of the porous layer in a range from a fluid influx port side to a fluid exit port side, and a heat transmission medium pipe having a reaction pipe provided with a catalyst carried by the porous layer and a heat transmission medium pipe lumen communicating from a heat transmission medium influx port to a heat transmission medium exit port, and having a mechanism where at the fluid influx port, a liquid-like raw material flows into the reaction pipe lumen; in the reaction pipe lumen, the liquid-like raw material is caused to contact with a catalyst to cause a chemical reaction; and at the fluid exit port, a fluid mixture containing a fluid-like product flows out, and a mechanism in which the reaction pipe is inserted in the heat transmission medium pipe lumen and the heat transmission medium exchanges heat with a fluid in the reaction pipe lumen via a reaction pipe wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】長手方向において過度な温度差が生じないように、反応熱の除去に優れる管型触媒反応装置を提供する。【解決手段】筒状の非多孔質層2およびその内側に積層されてなる筒状の多孔質層1からなり、流体流入口から流体流出口までを連通する反応管内腔3を有し、流体流入口側から流体流出口側までの範囲において多孔質層の厚さに分布を有する多層構造管と、多孔質層に担持された触媒とを具備してなる反応管、ならびに伝熱媒体流入口から伝熱媒体流出口までを連通する伝熱媒体管内腔を有する伝熱媒体管とを含有し、流体流入口にて流体状原料が反応管内腔に流入し、反応管内腔にて流体状原料を触媒と接触させて化学反応させ、流体流出口にて流体状生成物を含む流体混合物が流出する機構、および反応管が伝熱媒体管内腔に挿通されていて、伝熱媒体が反応管壁を介して反応管内腔内の流体との間で熱交換する機構を有する、触媒反応装置。【選択図】図2
