To provide a minor disorder score estimate calculation system capable of objectively estimating mild discomfort on the basis of, subjective answers about physical and mental disorders, a calculation method of minor disorder score estimate, a program, a server, a subject information input system, or subject information input sheet, and recording media.SOLUTION: A minor disorder score estimate calculation system includes minor disorder score estimate calculation means that calculates minor disorder score estimate of a subject from meal information and attribute information of the subject using the meal information, the attribute information, and regression analysis result of minor disorder score obtained in advance from multiple people.
