Zusammenfassung:To provide a technique that is effective in reducing a time required to mold a workpiece receiving member that can change a shape corresponding to workpieces of different shapes.SOLUTION: A workpiece receiving member molding apparatus 1 comprises: a workpiece receiving member 10 composed of a foam that can be pressurized and deformed in a heated state and whose shape after pressurization and deformation is memorized by cooling; and a shape-retaining molding container 20 for housing the workpiece receiving member 10 so as to surround it except for a pressurized surface 10a thereof.
