Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method for a high-pressure tank and a manufacturing jig for a high-pressure tank, capable of suppressing generation of stress in a thermosetting process after a filament winding process using a reinforced shaft.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method and manufacturing jig for a high-pressure tank 10 have a filament winding step of inserting a reinforced shaft 42 from a mouthpiece 26a toward the other end of a liner 22, and fixing the axial length of the liner 22 with the reinforced shaft 42, to wind a fiber reinforced resin RR, and a thermosetting step of releasing the fixation of the reinforced shaft 42 and the other end of the liner 22 to allow change of the liner 22 in an axial direction, to heat the fiber reinforced resin RR.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】補強シャフトを用いたフィラメントワインディング工程の後の熱硬化工程における応力発生を抑制できる、高圧タンクの製造方法及び高圧タンクの製造治具を提供する。【解決手段】高圧タンク10の製造方法及び製造治具は、口金26aからライナ22の他端に向けて補強シャフト42を挿入し、補強シャフト42によりライナ22の軸方向の長さを固定して、繊維強化樹脂RRを巻き付けるフィラメントワインディング工程と、補強シャフト42とライナ22の他端との固定を解除してライナ22の軸方向の変化を可能として繊維強化樹脂RRを加熱する熱硬化工程と、を有する。【選択図】図2
