Zusammenfassung: | To provide a three-dimensional molding method that can prevent a shell material from being entrapped in a filled core material.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional molding method in which a shell layer, which is an outer shell layer of a three-dimensional molding object, is first molded using a shell material, and then the core material is discharged by a nozzle member and filled into a core part, which is a portion surrounded by the shell layer that has already been molded, includes: forming the shell layer by hardening a portion of the shell material in a fluid state; inserting at least a tip of the nozzle member into the uncured shell material remaining in the core part; and filling the core part with the core material by replacing the uncured shell material with the core material by discharging the core material from the tip of the nozzle member. The core part is filled with the core material while maintaining the core material interfacing only with the uncured shell material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】充填したコア材中にシェル材が巻き込まれることを防ぐことができる立体造形方法を提供する。【解決手段】立体造形物の外殻層であるシェル層をシェル材を用いて先に造形し、次に造形済の当該シェル層に囲われた部分であるコア部にコア材をノズル部材により吐出して充填することによって立体造形物を造形する立体造形方法であって、流動状態の前記シェル材の一部を硬化させることで前記シェル層を造形し、前記コア部に残存する未硬化の前記シェル材中に前記ノズル部材の少なくとも先端を挿入し、前記ノズル部材の先端から前記コア材を吐出することにより、未硬化の前記シェル材と前記コア材を置き換えて前記コア部に前記コア材を充填するものであり、前記コア材が未硬化の前記シェル材とのみ界面を有する状態を維持しつつ、前記コア部に前記コア材を充填させる構成とする。【選択図】図6 |
