Zusammenfassung: | To provide a technique capable of suppressing closing of an extraction steam pipe.SOLUTION: A chlorine bypass facility 90 comprises: an extraction hole 21A for extracting a kiln exhaust gas, from a tail of a furnace 52 of a cement kiln 50, a rising duct 42 or a space therebetween; a classifying part 22 for separating coarse powder of raw material dust from the extracted gas extracted through the extraction hole 21A, for acquiring a derivation gas having a temperature of 770°C or more and including fine powder of the raw material dust; an extraction steam pipe 21 which couples the extraction hole 21A and the classifying part 22, and is heat insulated by a heat insulation member; and an accumulated dust removal part for suppressing temperature reduction in the extraction steam pipe 21, and discharging a gas into the extraction steam pipe 21 for removing the accumulated dust.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】抽気管の閉塞の発生を抑制することが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】塩素バイパス設備90は、セメントキルン50の窯尻52、ライジングダクト42またはこれらの間からキルン排ガスを抽気する抽気口21Aと、抽気口21Aから抽気された抽気ガスから原料ダストの粗粉を分離し、原料ダストの微粉を含む770℃以上の温度を有する導出ガスを得る分級部22と、抽気口21Aと分級部22との間を接続し、断熱部材によって断熱された抽気管21と、抽気管21の内部の温度低下を抑制しながら、抽気管21の内部へ気体を吐出することで堆積するダストを除去する堆積ダスト除去部と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
