To provide semi-solid nutritional compositions that contain a protein, lipid, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, vitamin, mineral, and vitamin-like substance, have moderate viscosity, and have less burden on healthcare workers, caregivers and the like when administering the nutritional composition.SOLUTION: Provided is a semisolid nutritional composition containing a protein, lipid, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, vitamin, mineral, and vitamin-like substance, and having a calorie of 1.0 to 2.5 kcal/g, a viscosity at 25°C of 15,000 to 30,000 mPa s, and an osmotic pressure of 400 to 500 mOsm/L, the semi-solid nutritional composition containing 1 to 5 mass% of a dietary fiber having 10 to 25 mass% of a slow-digesting dextrin having a DE of 15 to 25 as the carbohydrate, 1,000 to 25,000 of a weight average molecular weight as the dietary fiber, and 10 mPa s or less of a viscosity of 5 mass% solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】たんぱく質、脂質、糖質、食物繊維、ビタミン、ミネラル、ビタミン様物質を含有し、適度な粘度を有し、医療従事者や介護者等が栄養組成物を投与する際に負担の少ない半固形栄養組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】たんぱく質、脂質、糖質、食物繊維、ビタミン、ミネラル、ビタミン様物質を含有し、熱量が１．０～２．５ｋｃａｌ／ｇ、２５℃における粘度が１５，０００～３０，０００ｍＰａ・ｓ、浸透圧が４００～５００ｍＯｓｍ／Ｌの半固形栄養組成物であって、前記糖質としてＤＥが１５～２５である遅消化性デキストリンを１０～２５質量％、前記食物繊維として重量平均分子量が１，０００～２５，０００、５質量％溶液の粘度が１０ｍＰａ・ｓ以下である食物繊維を１～５質量％を含有する半固形栄養組成物。【選択図】なし
