EVALUATION PROCESSING METHOD AND INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE

To enhance the reliability of evaluation for a vehicle interior of a moving body.SOLUTION: An evaluation processing method generates evaluation information in an information processing system for providing rental of a vehicle interior of a moving body. The evaluation processing method comprises: a first step for carrying out reservation registrations for the vehicle interior of the moving body from a plurality of user terminals; a second step for registering evaluations of the vehicle interior by users from the respective user terminals in registration information after the users have used the vehicle interior of the moving body; and a third step for acquiring evaluation results of the vehicle interior which are respectively evaluated by a plurality of users who used the vehicle interior from the registration information, identifying a first user chronologically immediately preceding a second user who has made an evaluation different from the other evaluation results, and generating evaluation information by using the evaluation by the second user as the evaluation of the first user by a rental provider of the vehicle interior and registering the evaluation in the registration information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】移動体の車室に対する評価の信頼性を高めることを可能にすること。【解決手段】本開示の評価処理方法は、移動体の車室を貸し出しする情報処理システムにおいて評価情報を生成する評価処理方法であって、複数の利用者端末から移動体の車室の予約登録を行う第１ステップと、移動体の車室を利用者が利用した後に各利用者が各利用者端末から車室の評価をそれぞれ登録情報に登録する第２ステップと、車室を利用した複数の利用者がそれぞれ評価した車室の評価結果を登録情報から取得し、時系列順で評価結果が他と異なる評価を行った第２利用者の直前の第１利用者を特定し、車室の貸出者による第１利用者の評価を第２利用者が行った評価にして登録情報に登録することにより評価情報を生成する第３ステップと、を含む。【選択図】図４
