Zusammenfassung: | To provide energy saving as an entire system in a local cooling/heating system consisting of a heat supply facility (local cooling/heating plant) and heat users (constructions or buildings).SOLUTION: A local cooling/heating system comprises: a central monitoring device including a data recording unit for fetching and recording data of all air conditioners of heat users for the unit of a day; a control device for selecting an air conditioner of a maximum load from the data recorded in the data recording unit provided in the central monitoring device, acquiring a heat processing amount, a supply air temperature, a wind volume, an outside air condition, etc., of the air conditioner, calculating a temperature of a supply heat medium that the heat user requires, and a temperature difference and transmitting the calculated temperature of the medium to the side of a heat supply facility; and a bypass pipe connecting two outbound main vertical pipes and two inbound main vertical pipes for supplying the heat medium such as cold water or hot water to the air conditioners disposed on floors of a large-scaled construction. The quantities of the heat media which are supplied into both the main vertical pipes while being pressurized by a pump are made equal in lower end portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱供給設備(地域冷暖房プラント)と熱需要家(建造物やビル等)とから構成される地域冷暖房システムにおいてシステム全体としての省エネを提供する。【解決手段】熱需要家の全空調機のデータを一日単位で取り込み記録するデータ記録部を設けた中央監視装置と、前記中央監視装置に設けられたデータ記録部に記録されたデータから最大負荷の空調機を選択し、当該空調機の熱処理量、給気温度、風量、外気条件等を取得し、熱需要家が必要な供給熱媒体の温度及び温度差を計算し、当該求めた媒体の温度を熱供給設備側へ送信する制御装置と、大型建造物の各フロアに配設された空調機に冷水や温水の熱媒体を送給する2本の往き主竪管同士及び2本の還り主竪管同士を繋ぐバイパス管を設け、両主竪管にポンプで加圧されて送り込まれる熱媒体量を下端部で等量となるようにする。【選択図】図1 |
