To provide a motor compressor that can prevent an interphase insulating film from protruding in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A first coil end CE1 of a w-phase coil 26w includes a plurality of first extending portions Pe1 arrayed discretely in the circumferential direction on an end surface of a stator core 25. A second coil end CE2 of a v-phase coil 26v includes a plurality of second extending portions Pe2 arrayed discretely in the circumferential direction on the end surface of the stator core 25. Each of the first extending portions Pe1 and each of the second extending portions Pe2 are arranged so as to overlap only partially with each other in the radial direction on the end surface of the stator core 25. Each of the first extending portions Pe1 and each of the second extending portions Pe2 sandwich band portions 61 and 62 in the radial direction.
