To provide an intake device of an engine capable of improving fuel consumption and improving exhaust gas purification performance.SOLUTION: An intake device 10 supplies intake air to a multi-cylinder engine E, and comprises an intake passage 16 and a control valve 18 provided in the intake passage 16 for each cylinder. Each control valve 18 is controlled by a common drive source 20, and has a valve body 22 that adjusts the opening of the intake passage 16, and a valve shaft 24 that rotates the valve body 22.
