To provide a folded absorbent article capable of being easily expanded from a folded state.SOLUTION: There is provided a folded absorbent article 1, the absorbent article 1 is folded at a first longitudinal direction fold FA1 and a second longitudinal direction fold FA2 thereby being folded into three in a width direction, from the state, the absorbent article is folded at a first width direction fold FB1 into two parts in a longitudinal direction and is further folded at a second width direction fold FB2 into two parts in a longitudinal direction, thereby being folded into four parts in the longitudinal direction. The absorbent article 1 is divided into a short size part 12 and a long size part 13 sandwiching the first width direction fold FB1, and at the second width direction fold FB2, the short size part 12 is at inside of the long size part 13.
