ADHESIVE COMPOSITION FOR TOUCH PANEL AND ADHESIVE SHEET FOR TOUCH PANEL

To provide an adhesive composition for a touch panel, which is hardly whitened even when left standing in a high temperature and high humidity environment, which exhibits high adhesive force to an adherend even when left standing in a high temperature environment, and which can form an adhesive layer hardly turning to yellow, and to provide an adhesive sheet for a touch panel.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition for a touch panel which includes: a (meth)acrylic copolymer (A) containing a constitutional unit derived from a monomer having a hydroxy group of 18 mass% or more based on total constitutional units; a phenolic antioxidant (B) having molecular weight of 300 or more and having no polymerizable group; and an antioxidant (C) other than the phenolic antioxidant, in which a content of the phenolic antioxidant (B) is 0.1-3.0 pts.mass based on the (meth)acrylic copolymer (A) of 100 pts.mass, and a content of the antioxidant (C) other than the phenolic antioxidant is 0.05-0.50 pts.mass based on the (meth)acrylic copolymer (A) of 100 pts.mass, and an adhesive sheet for a touch panel are disclosed.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高温高湿環境下に置かれた場合でも白化し難く、高温環境下に置かれた場合でも、被着体に対して高い粘着力を示し、かつ、黄変し難い粘着剤層を形成できるタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物、及びタッチパネル用粘着シートの提供。【解決手段】水酸基を有する単量体に由来する構成単位を全構成単位に対して１８質量％以上含む（メタ）アクリル系共重合体（Ａ）と、分子量が３００以上であり、かつ、重合性基を有しないフェノール系酸化防止剤（Ｂ）と、フェノール系酸化防止剤以外の酸化防止剤（Ｃ）と、を含み、フェノール系酸化防止剤（Ｂ）の含有量が、（メタ）アクリル系共重合体（Ａ）１００質量部に対して０．１～３．０質量部であり、フェノール系酸化防止剤以外の酸化防止剤（Ｃ）の含有量が、（メタ）アクリル系共重合体（Ａ）１００質量部に対して０．０５～０．５０質量部であるタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物、及びタッチパネル用粘着シート。【選択図】なし
