To further improve accuracy of a determination as to whether or not a user's hand gets closer to a user's face.SOLUTION: A system comprises: a control device including an image pickup section for acquiring face image data of a user and a control section for analyzing the face image data; a portable terminal including a first detection section mounted in the vicinity of a wrist of the user; and a second detection section mounted in the vicinity of a head of the user. The first detection section acquires distance data with the second detection section.
