SEGREGATION PREVENTION METHOD FOR MIXED POWDER AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR MIXED POWDER

To provide a segregation prevention method and a production method for mixed powder for suppressing a fluctuation of the mixture ratio in a mixed powder in which a plurality of particulate matters are mixed.SOLUTION: A segregation prevention method for suppressing a fluctuation of the mixed powder including a first particulate matter and a second particulate matter is provided, the method comprises: setting the grain size and density of first particulate matter and the grain size and density of second particulate matter different from the first particulate matter in density; analyzing the behavior of the first particulate matter and that of the second particulate matter by a discrete element method using the set grain size and density of the first particulate matter and the grain size and density of the second particulate matter; calculating the segregation degree of the first particulate matter and that of the second particulate matter in a plurality of positions of the first particulate matter and those of the second particulate matter; and determining at least one of the grain size of the first particulate matter or that of the second particulate matter from the calculated segregation degree.
