Zusammenfassung:	To provide a movement support device, a movement support method, and a movement support program which enhance stability and reliability related to body support and suppress overturning of a user when he or she transfers, walks, or the like.SOLUTION: A movement support device 100 comprises: a base 10 provided with a movable member; an elevation support part 20 which is connected to the base 10 and supports a user's body; a brake mechanism 16 which suppresses horizontal movement of the base 10; and a detection part which transmits a detection signal.
