To provide a drop-off assist device that can accurately determine whether there is a possibility that an approaching object passes by a door of a host vehicle even when another object is present between the approaching object and the host vehicle.SOLUTION: A drop-off assist device 10 issues an alarm when there is a possibility that an approaching object 200A passes by a door 100D of a host vehicle.
