Zusammenfassung:To provide a store support apparatus configured to reduce the burden of a store that receives a reservation from a customer, a system, method and program.SOLUTION: A store support system 1 is configured by connecting customer terminals 12-14, a store terminal 11 which receives reservation orders, and a store support apparatus 10 which mediates presale of a commodity, over a network. The customer terminals 12-14 each includes a purchase reservation unit which fixes order information and transmits it to the store support apparatus 10. The store support apparatus 10 includes: an order information notification unit for transmitting the order information to the store terminal 11; a commodity price calculation unit which calculates the price of commodities; a service charge calculation unit which calculates a service charge for reserving the commodity; and a billing amount presentation unit which presents the amount to be billed obtained by summing the calculated commodity price and the calculated service charge, to a customer terminal.
