Zusammenfassung:To provide a pipe wall thinning prediction system, a pipe soundness evaluation system, and a method that are able to evaluate an amount of wall thinning, a thinning rate, and a remaining life highly speedily from a limited actual measurement result and are able to specify a monitoring-required part of a pipe in a plant.SOLUTION: A pipe wall thinning prediction system includes a first AI evaluation method for evaluating a fluid characteristic value of a pipe from an input value including information on a pipe shape and information on a fluid in the pipe and a second AI evaluation method for evaluating an index regarding pipe wall thinning from the input value including the fluid characteristic value and predicts the index regarding the pipe wall thinning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】限られた実測定結果から、高速で減肉量、減肉率、余寿命を評価するとともに、プラント内配管における要監視箇所を特定することが可能な、配管減肉予測システム、配管健全性評価システム、並びに方法を提供する。【解決手段】配管形状の情報と、配管内の流体の情報を含んだ入力値から配管の流体特性値を評価する第1のAI評価手法と、流体特性値を含んだ入力値から配管の減肉に関する指標を評価する第2のAI評価手法を備え、配管の減肉に関する指標を予測することを特徴とする配管減肉予測システム。【選択図】図1
