Zusammenfassung:To provide a plate type heat exchanger with high heat exchange efficiency, in which a fluid is easily integrated to a fin body of an inner fin.SOLUTION: A plate type heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of heat transfer plates that have plate parts and peripheral wall parts, and which form channels for flowing a fluid in a first direction to a space surrounded by the peripheral wall parts between the plate parts by being laminated; and a plurality of inner fins 60 and 70 that are arranged on the inside of the channel of each heat transfer plate, which are disposed on fin body parts 61 and 71 having a plurality of fins, and at end parts of the fin body parts 61 and 71, orthogonal to the first direction and placed in a second direction parallel to the plate parts, and which have flange parts 62 and 72 placed at positions away from the plate parts forming the channels in which the fins body parts 61 and 71 are arranged.
