Zusammenfassung: | To provide a release film having heat resistance and releasability the same as a conventional release film, capable of fine processing of a molded body, less in film residue to the molded body at the time of release, and excellent in visibility when adhered to the molded body.SOLUTION: A single layer or multilayer release film having a layer composed of a composition (X) containing 60 to 95 mass% of a 4-methyl-1-pentene (MP) (co)polymer (A) satisfying (A-a to c) and 5 to 40 mass% of a MP copolymer (B) satisfying (B-a to c) and total light transmittance 80% or less. (A-a) a structural unit (P) derived from MP of 90 to 100 mol%. (A-b) limiting viscosity [η] of 0.5 to 5.0 dl/g. (A-c)a melting point (Tm) of 200 to 250°C. (B-a) a structural unit (P) derived from MP of 65 to 97 mol%. (B-b) limiting viscosity [η] of 0.5 to 5.0 dl/g. (B-c) a melting point (Tm) is not recognized, or in the range of 100 to 199°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来の離型フィルムと同等の耐熱性、離型性を持ち、成形体の微細加工が可能で、剥離時に成形体へのフィルム残りがなく、成形体に付着した際に視認性が良い、離型フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】(A-a~c)を満たす4-メチル-1-ペンテン(MP)(共)重合体(A)60~95質量%と、(B-a~c)を満たすMP共重合体(B)5~40質量%とを含む組成物(X)からなる層を有し、全光線透過率が80%未満である、単層または多層の離型フィルム。(A-a)MPから導かれる構成単位(P)90~100モル%。(A-b)極限粘度[η]が0.5~5.0dl/g。(A-c)融点(Tm)が200~250℃。(B-a)MPから導かれる構成単位(P)が65~97モル%。(B-b)極限粘度[η]が0.5~5.0dl/g。(B-c)融点(Tm)が確認されない、または、100~199℃の範囲。【選択図】なし |
