In the heat treatment step, a primary heat treatment of performing soft nitriding treatment for the unquenched annular member 8 at a temperature of 400 to 590°C, and a secondary heat treatment of holding the annular member 8 subjected to the soft nitriding treatment at a temperature of 180 to 200°C are executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】耐久性及び信頼性に富む高品質の波形保持器を提供する。【解決手段】一対の環状部材8と、一対の環状部材8を軸方向に重ね合わせた状態で結合した複数の締結部材(リベット9)とを備えた波形保持器7を製造するための方法であって、鋼板のプレス成形品からなる未焼入れの環状部材8に対して熱処理を施す熱処理工程を含む。この熱処理工程では、未焼入れの環状部材8に対して400~590℃の温度で軟窒化処理を施す一次熱処理と、軟窒化処理が施された環状部材8を180~200℃の温度で保持する二次熱処理と、を実行する。【選択図】図2 |
