Zusammenfassung:To enhance durability and reliability of a hinge mechanism having a drive source.SOLUTION: A hinge mechanism 20 connects a first housing and a second housing so as to be relatively rotatable. The hinge mechanism 20 includes: an electric motor 30 provided in the first housing; a coupling shaft 40 rotationally driven by the electric motor 30; and a torque transmitting member 50 that rotates integrally with the second housing and frictionally engages with the coupling shaft 40. When torque exceeding transmission torque capacity acts on the torque transmitting member 50, a slip occurs between the coupling shaft 40 and the torque transmitting member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】駆動源を備えるヒンジ機構の耐久性や信頼性を向上させる。【解決手段】ヒンジ機構20は、第1筐体と第2筐体とを相対回転可能に連結する。ヒンジ機構20は、前記第1筐体に設けられる電動モータ30と、電動モータ30によって回転駆動される連結シャフト40と、前記第2筐体と一体的に回転するとともに、連結シャフト40と摩擦係合するトルク伝達部材50と、を有する。そして、伝達トルク容量を上回るトルクがトルク伝達部材50に作用すると、連結シャフト40とトルク伝達部材50との間に滑りが生じる。【選択図】図5
