Zusammenfassung: | To provide a catechins-containing composition in which astringency derived from catechins is effectively masked, catechins-containing food and drink in which astringency derived from the catechins is effectively masked, a method and an agent for effectively suppressing the astringency derived from the catechins, as well as, a manufacturing method of the food and drink in which the astringency derived from the catechins is effectively suppressed.SOLUTION: A catechins-containing composition containing catechins and arabinoxylan, a catechins-containing food and drink containing catechins and arabinoxylan, a method for suppressing astringency of the catechins by allowing catechins and arabinoxylan to coexist, a suppressing agent of the astringency of the catechins having arabinoxylan as an effective component, and a method for producing a food and drink containing catechins in which the astringency of the catechins are suppressed by blending arabinoxylan in the production of the food and drink containing the catechins.SELECTED DRAWING: None
