Zusammenfassung:To provide an insulating rolling bearing having a resin film on an outer surface of an outer ring or the like, which secures excellent moldability and has both heat radiation property and mechanical strength of the resin film.SOLUTION: An insulating rolling bearing 1 comprises an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3, a raceway surface formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 3, and a plurality of balls 4 interposed between the raceway surfaces, where an outer peripheral surface 3a of the outer ring 3 has a resin film 6. The resin film 6 is made of a resin composition containing at least a polyphenylene sulfide resin, glass fibers, an inorganic filler having a thermal conductivity of 10 W/mK or more, and a thermoplastic elastomer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】外輪の外周面などに樹脂被膜を有する絶縁転がり軸受において、良好な成形性を確保しつつ、樹脂被膜の放熱性と機械的強度が両立された絶縁転がり軸受を提供する。【解決手段】絶縁転がり軸受1は、内輪2および外輪3と、内輪2の外周面および外輪3の内周面に形成される軌道面と、軌道面間に介在する複数の玉4とを備え、外輪3の外周面3aに樹脂被膜6を有し、その樹脂被膜6は、少なくとも、ポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂と、ガラス繊維と、熱伝導率が10W/m・K以上の無機系充填材と、熱可塑性エラストマーとを含む樹脂組成物からなる。【選択図】図1
