INSULATING ROLLING BEARING

To provide an insulating rolling bearing having a resin film on an outer surface of an outer ring or the like, which secures excellent moldability and has both heat radiation property and mechanical strength of the resin film.SOLUTION: An insulating rolling bearing 1 comprises an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3, a raceway surface formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 3, and a plurality of balls 4 interposed between the raceway surfaces, where an outer peripheral surface 3a of the outer ring 3 has a resin film 6.
