Zusammenfassung:To provide a hot-rolled coil manufacturing method capable of preventing deformation of a hot-rolled coil drawn out from a mandril of a coiler in order to prevent rewinding or chipping of the hot-rolled coil.SOLUTION: This hot-rolled coil manufacturing method takes up a range equivalent to an inner part at a temperature of 450°C-650°C and a range equivalent to an outer peripheral part at a temperature of 50°C-800°C higher than the temperature of the inner part when a range having a thickness 5%-30% of a total coil thickness from the outermost periphery of a hot-rolled coil is the outer peripheral part and the remaining range of the inside is the inner part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】熱延コイルの巻き直しや屑化を回避するため、コイラーのマンドレルから引き出された熱延コイルの変形を防止することができる、熱延コイルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】熱延コイルの最外周からコイル全厚の5%以上30%以下の範囲を外周部、その内側の残りの範囲を内部としたとき、内部に相当する範囲を450℃以上650℃以下の温度で、外周部に相当する範囲を内部の温度より50℃を超えて高く800℃以下の温度で巻き取ることを特徴とする熱延コイルの製造方法。【選択図】図4
